2024 Adelaide Hills Release

Chardonnay and Grüner Veltliner

There’s a clarity that comes from the Adelaide Hills in a good year — brightness, precision, and a natural sense of balance. Our 2024 release brings that to life through two varieties that thrive in these cool-climate pockets, each shaped by site, season and a hands-on approach in the vineyard and winery.

Our single vineyard Chardonnay (Clone 95) is sourced from just north of Woodside, a sub-region known for its cooler conditions and ideal ripening profile. Originally from Burgundy, this clone is prized for its fine, mineral acidity and focused citrus character. The fruit was selectively handpicked from specific rows, then whole bunch pressed directly to older French oak, where it underwent natural fermentation. The result is layered yet precise — a wine that feels both refreshing and quietly complex, filling the palate without ever overwhelming it.
Limited to just 320 bottles.

Alongside it, our Grüner Veltliner offers a more aromatic and playful expression of the Hills. A perfumed nose of orchard fruits, apple blossom, honeydew and nashi pear leads into layers of grapefruit, lemon balm, lychee and subtle spice. There’s a brightness here that makes it immediately appealing — crisp, textural and effortlessly drinkable, whether paired with food or enjoyed on its own.
Only 426 bottles produced.

Together, these wines capture the energy of the 2024 vintage — fresh, expressive and made in small quantities with intention.
