Our 2024 single vineyard Adelaide Hills Chardonnay hails from vines in the Woodside sub-region.

The fruit was selectively handpicked from only certain rows and then whole bunch pressed straight to older french oak barrels, where the juice was allowed to ferment naturally.

The end result is a wine that will refresh and fill your palate every time you take a sip.

"Daily sampling and tasting of the grapes ensured that they were picked at optimal flavour ripeness....The resulting wine was pressed to oak hogshead barrels. Each barrel was tasted and careful selection took place before the final wines were developed to perfection to create structured wines with great persistence of flavour that remains long after the wine is consumed."
